• There are 2 ways to treat a cavity that has decayed and reaches the deepest part of the tooth.
• 👩‍⚕ Root canal : Estimating if there enough dentine to save the teeth, if there’s enough then the infected pulp will be removed, cleaned, shaped and sealed.
• 👩‍⚕ Extraction : Only used when the infection is too deep to be cleaned and sealed, it is done so the infected doesn’t cost any further damage.
• If you don’t want any cavities you always have to take care of your teeth, and should check in with your dentist every 6 months.
